New Cultural Centre
A major new arts and theatre venue is planned as a centrepiece to complete the vision for Grays new waterfront. It will incorporate outdoor performance and exhibition space.

Grays Marina
A 300-berth Marina will transform the town. Open to all, it will draw people from far and wide, and provide a range of water based activities. It will feature public promenades with shopping and leisure facilities as well as new waterfront apartments. The Marina will offer something for everyone.
